The Victorian Government is developing a new state-wide youth strategy committed to improving young people’s health and safety, empowerment and access to participate in the social, economic and civic life of the state.
A new youth strategy for Victoria will give young people, organisations and the broader community opportunities to direct Government's work in the youth space now and into the future.
The Victorian Government is calling on teachers and students whose feedback will play an important and influential role in the development of the strategy.
Public consultation is open until midnight on Monday 14th December, 2020.
Teachers, and students aged 12 and over, can have a say on the new strategy by:
- Completing the relevant survey
- Registering to attend an online forum
- Making a written submission.
